Some matches are lost from the get go. Let's say you're playing a fighter jungler like or but your team has no actual engage besides you while their team has and . What exactly can you do besides cheesy invades or praying they misspozition themselves? It's better to lose 5 than 25 LP.

It also depends on the rank. There are a lot of Meta slaves that will only play champions good in that meta. Sad part is those people have no idea what makes those champs strong so they ultimately fail. So it's basically a 50/50 decision on do you dodge and get a better match or play and hope the enemy is a meta slave.
