Banshee's Veil nerf?

I wonder somethink about the change for Banshee's Veil

this passif : UNIQUE Passive: Grants a spell shield that blocks the next enemy ability. This shield refreshes after **no damage is taken from enemy champions **for 25 seconds. => 40sec. So you just watch your team die becose you got a 15 sec to wait. you can Hey team my banshee's Veil is down we need to fall back? is you just dont care about the only use of this item? 40 sec without taking damage is almost one min just dont really helping your team. Could you put it like that or somethink 80 sec cooldown but you can recive damage and it dont reset?

Any way it just a tought about it it was painfull to dodge skill shot for 25 sec now 40 sec i dont think that item is usefull any more :D Hope it will not be the end of this nice item
