(QUESTION) Can you sneak past ( walk around ) the Rift Scuttler vision shrine ?

I believe the vision radius covers the whole width of the river; can't sneak past it.

Unless I get a definitive answer I will have to check on my own some time but I cant right now, strangely enough this information is nowhere to be found but extremely useful. Many people go around it but does it even do anything arghhh. Anyways thanks for replying.

No, you cannot. I spectate games fairly often. I usually keep fog of war on for the team I'm specifically watching, and everytime someone tries to sneak past scuttler, it lights up.
