So this years april fools joke

SOOOOO just wondering, bard is this years april fools joke right? they will release the real bard after april 1st? cause there is no way a champion like him should exist, that lowest win rate in league history OP. just thought id put it out there that maybe its a prank and they have another kit for him that is like, somewhat usefull and has more then 3 abilities in a fight, more like 1 cause his W is minimal impact at best, and his ult is just, just so troll.
