I think there we should be able to dodge once every 24 without getting a 5 min suspension.

just because people troll and auto lock and are assholes

A better solution to autolocking would be a 5-10 second delay when you first get into the blind champion select, (assuming that is where the autolocking is taking place) rather than a free dodge ticket every day.

Please no. Every time I q, I have to get through at least 5 dodgers just to get into one game. And they don't dodge until it's already time for 4th pick. If I'm lucky, I get a game on my third or second try. This is just in normals.
