I know Volibear is a jungle champ but his top lane power is really not bad. He can still hold his own against many of the top lane roaster. So I ask you, why hasn't he gotten a buff? He is a well know tank bruiser, who can clean up fights and save his buddies. But he gets no love..... So in a bruiser meta where tanky damage dealers rain supreme, the greatest of them is left behind? I say no, riot must be fair to all bruiser champs and give them their just deserts! The Armored Bear must not be forgotten! but seriously, of all the juggernauts, you seriously would think that voli would be one right?

You said it your self, looks to me like he is in a good spot then. So why buff him just so he can get hit by a nerf bat?

Hes a Juggernaut, but Riot decided not to touch him since they couldn't decide what to do to him.

Voli, Olaf and Shyv were considered during the juggernaut rework stuff.

Why didn't they happen?

Because Garen, Darius, Morde and Skarner needed it more.

Volibear does need something changed with him, he wants to be that frontline tank fighter like the other juggernauts but right now is in limbo.
