Dear Riot, As a bronze elo player I have played in many many games some resulted in numerous wins others resulted in numerous losses. After playing repetitive games I've noticed that the one thing my W/L's have in common and that is both either my team or the other team has had numerous AFK issues. Either due to an internet connection problems or at the fact that one player on a team was performing so poorly that they were boo'd out of the game and disconnected, or mute their team and run around the map doing nothing to contribute to either side. And having a 4v5 in ranked games can be a very huge handicap in some cases. Another reason behind my W/L's is because one team was stuck with a post game troll, Now here's something riot should seriously implement in solo queue and i don't think the LoL community will disagree with me on this but we need a " VOTE TO KICK" Button in solo queue. Rito Pleeeease Implement such a feature in solo queue let me give you a reason why. In many champ selects there will be one person who thinks he/she the reincarnation of faker and feel as if she should get mid even if he/she is last pick and they decide to auto lock a champion throwing the entire team comp off. This is normally occurs because no one want's to be support and no one will be the bigger person and support either because they don't want too and feel like that shouldn't because they have a higher pick or that they simply can't because of the champion they chose. And this "VOTE TO KICK" feature would also be very helpful in removing toxic players before the game even begins. 4 players of a team can vote to remove a person from the game and return to the wait lobby to start another game sure it'll make the wait for the game a bit long and tedious but I don't believe players would mind it's a small price to pay for clean fun games. Now I can imagine you're saying to yourselves "Another bronze player is blaming his teams for his losses~" No it's entirely different I've had numerous DECENT teams that could handle their own lanes and not frantically ping for the jungler at the very start of the game that made me feel comfortable to win my lane and complete my objectives without having to worry about a 5 man gank in my lane. But I've had some horrendous teams as well I'll 60% of games last an hour due to team mates who refuse to group and push or team mates who go for kills over objectives and usually die to towers which sucks. I'm trying to make it sound like I'm the TSM all wrapped into one of bronze but I will say that I've made it so all my teams had to was just group and walk straight down mid lane to end the game. Sounds easy right? wrong halfway down lanes my teams will scatter for either kills or unnecessary buffs and other jungler critters which has resulted in horrendous throws that should have never occurred. From what I hear riots MMR algorithm is based off W/L ratio's and not actual performance which is very very unfair and biased in my personal opinion. Sure W/L ratio should player a big part of the MMR algorithm but I feel as if Player performance should be included as well. I'm not saying I should be a master tier player but I do believe not only myself but other players should have higher MMR based off our Skills not how many times we've won or lost Riot should include how well a person can play a champion,include their plays into the MMR, and all kinds of stats like that. Which brings me to my last topic, Riot does not protect players LP at all not at all. Looking back at the various reasons behind my W/L and personally opinion about MMR I feel like i shouldn't be losing as much Lp due to the AFK's,Trolls,un-experienced players,or intentional feeders. People like myself with low MMR who only get 11LP per win but lose as much as 22-28 lp per loss is just ridiculous come on Rito you can't believe in your heart that the fact that low elo players losing twice the LP they won last game is fair. Riot should really consider compensating players who lost LP due to AFK's and Intentionally Feeding. Riot should create cases for case worthy matches and return a small portion of the victimized players LP so that they still have a chance to Raise their elo. Nothing has changed since the last thread made about this , nor has the answer changed from the two dozen other threads I have seen on this.

Vote to Kick will never be implemented by Riot because it would not work and would be abused, as demonstrated by the system not working, being toxic and getting abused the hell out of in every competitive multiplayer game that had one.

I can see how it might be abused at higher lvl's. You would end up with people using it if they all agreed that a certain player didn't "counter" correctly, had a reputation as a douche (even though he plays well) the didn't like his summoners, etc, etc...

However, those players who have never been in ELO hell really have no idea how bad it can be...

My new moniker is... "There's always one" , because there is always one player who screws the team, and 90% of the time you know they are going to in champ select. Everyone does, but no one wants to dodge and lose LP, nor can we kick the suspected troll, so into the fray we go, and guess what...? We get rolled. Just like we knew we would.

To be honest I'd be happy to dodge, as would most people, except no one wants to lose the precious LP.

How many times have you seen a player proclaim "First time (insert champ here)" in a high elo game? It happens in about 50% of my games. I've had a Warwick whose only form of communication is "BARK BARK BARK!" over and over again in queue, and then in game as he feeds then /ff's at 20. I've seen 3 adc's troll picked in the same queue. Countless "mid or feed" proclamations. Countless instalocks. Countless last picks begging for bot lane because they're duoing, only to feed then rage quit. You can't compare what DOES happen in ELO hell with what MIGHT happen at higher levels. Why is it that we have to "deal with it", so that they don't have to potentially deal with something else?

It's funny, Dyrus' win percentage is 55% and he's statistically top 10 in the world. My win rate is currently 55% and I'm statistically ranked 1.3 Milllion +... He loses games because he's playing vs the best in the world. I'm losing games because my team never had a chance.

My point there is that we're comparing apples to oranges.

Team Builder turned out to be a great idea, and people use it. The kick feature works fine there, not sure why it can't be tweaked and instituted in solo queue. Change the parameters of the kick/ban as the games MMR gets higher, so that essentially it doesn't exist once you get past 1500 ELO (or some other number).
