"Bitching about Lux post #203957", but I really want to throw my thoughts about this from my head.

Unhealthiness (if this is even a word idk) of her just reached it's peak a this point in my opinion.Playing against this simple and easily exploitable, yet incredibly frustrating pick makes me just want to straight up hit Alt + F4 and wreck my keyboard.Let's be honest, at this point, only Luxes you may face are the ones that have played her for massive amounts of time, they learned how to land their bindings pretty much 100% of the time that feel like they last forever (ok, Morgana has a much longer binding but you get the idea) and, if you haven't picked something like Velkoz or Brand , Lux along with her ADC is going to out damage and zone you pretty much at all times.But hey, junglers exist, just ask for a gank and you'll be fine, yea ? Well, no it will not.If she just won't bind him for 3 weeks, she's going to end up with a double kill or force you to back out.Well you can just wait for her to use her abilities and then try to get them, right ? Nope, it's Lux, she doesn't know shit about cooldowns (that even got massively decreased few patches ago).That just leaves you (at least it feels like that) nearly defenceless against her, not to mention the anti-fun factor of facing her.

Now, I know what you're thinking - "They leave her be like that just because they are making profit off the skins for her.Besides, she's not THAT popular in pro play so it's all a-okay"

Profit thing is true, and we all know that.They have to make money in one way or another so I'm okay with that.What I'm not okay with is a really powerful pick is not going to be touched a single time if it doesn't have big enough impact in the competitive play (unless we are talking about Akali , Rest in Peace, you didin't deserve getting gutted that badly).Fortunately, that has changed recently and I really hope this will be adressed once and for all.

Agree with me or not, I don't really care.Just wanted to throw out my thoughts on why I've recently abandoned my favourite role, and quit playing SR games of any kind in general.She really deserves same level of gutting as Evelynn in Season 2, and I will never change my mind until it happens.

Aftershock, W strength and Q cd are imo 3 main reasons why she is op.

Akali didn't get gutted though, she's still really strong OP. But I do agree, Lux needs some changes, primarily to her Q's CD, Q and R's hitboxes being fixed to properly match their visual indicators and Aftershock being tweaked.

I don't find her oppressive to be honest, but the fact that aftershock has pushed her a bit too far into support is not okay.

Fiddle used to be bonkers with it as well.

I feel like Morgana is just more broken right now. Despite the fact that she can have very very safe midlane, on botlane she just counters all hard cc picks. U have to go ultility support or mage to actually be usefull against her. Lux is annoying, but u can take anything against her, and it will somehow work out depending on skills of players.

Lux isn't a hard to balance champ you just need a couple of number nerfs on her and she'll be fine

my issue with lux is her E, thats it.

Her E is absurd

"TARGET RANGE: 1000 EFFECT RADIUS: 310"

her E out ranges damn near everyone in the game and covers as much area as a chogath with at least 4-5 stacks.

"SPEED: 1200"

Do you know how fast that is? that is faster than a zed shuriken and as fast as a morgana Q.

on top of the damage, slow, and vision reveal it gives. there is also the fact it gives lux the ability to proc her passive which gives her more damage.

You guys wanna know what landing her E means? 90% chance of getting hit by her Q. Why?

" Light Binding TARGET RANGE: 1175 SPEED: 1200" Her CC ability, moves as fast as a zed shuriken.

she can slow you, and almost guarantee landing Q on anyone who doesn't have flash or a gap closer to escape the combo.

BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE

her slow INCREASES with rank, which means by the time her slow is at 35 or 40% she can guarantee the combo provided her opponent has no gap closer or flash because you will be effectively too slow to avoid the incoming Q.

i promise you all if her E is properly nerfed she will be balanced.
