Braum's W range is short af. You can't really pull any big plays unless you're right next to someone and it kinda defeats the purpose I think. Most of the time I spam big just to let someone know I want to jump or that I could help them. Unlike Lee Sin who's range on safeguard is 700 range to Braum's 650, it makes all the difference I think.

Lee Sin's W, Braum's W, Katarina's E, and Jax's Q can all target allies, but Braum can't jump to wards.
