Place new accounts into BRONZE!!!!

HOW on earth does riot place a person who has gone 0/10 or 1/10 dont remember but its one of those scores in thier placements and get placed in silver 4?????? this is insane this person has about 50 normal wins in normal so clearly a fresh level 30 account new player yet he ends up in my match (not this account) when he was in his FIRST EVER RANK MATCH... easily noticeable by me and the enemy team he couldnt farm didnt no abt wards or even his summ spells he wud just randomly pop em. so i add him to see if it was just an ordinary troll but alas all his matches are like that yet after is placements he is in silver 4!!!! while ive seen people go 4/5 or 5/5 in placements get bronze 1 or even silver 5 and bronze2 this is insane man!!! this is why silver is such a hard place to get out of sometimes and not just "get good' or "learn to carry" U CANNOT CARRY THESE NEW PEOPLE and it is unfair for them to be chucked into matches where people are in promos come on man these placements need to drop first time rankers into bronze so they can learn the game a little more.

you should realize that such players make ranked easier for you, not harder

The concept of placements is stupid and I'll agree with that much. How it works is it matters who you play against and not how well you do. When making my smurfs I always play placements with a Gold 1 friend which is the highest you can play with. This is because going a win loss of 1-9 against high gold mmr is the same as going something like 5-5 in a silver game to the system. (Note: its not actually the same but Im giving an example of how it would work.)
