So I was playing ranked flex with my friends and I was playing ekko vs a fizz. Long story short his auto attack range is huge like look at the gif. Is this normal I haven't gone against a fizz in a while.

The first hit looks weird because of low attack speed, he gets in range and then the animation has to play. As for the second attack you can take a look at his abilities
Seastone Trident:
ACTIVE: Fizz's next basic attack is empowered, dealing bonus magic damage and gaining 50 bonus range.

this champion is just stupid and too forgiving,this is an extreme case but its AA is always weird and it's not unusual getting hit while it shouldn't have (same thing for

I vehemently despise this champion. He's been given so many unnecessary tools that punishing him is simply not an option. He just goes 
, and runs electrocute. Once it procs - BOOM! There goes 75% of your HP at level 2.
People keep brushing his toxic design aside, saying that you can just use a Stopwatch to counter his ult, or harass him with ranged.
This is simply not true - **full stop**.
The second you go in to harass him, you open yourself for harass too. I get that. That's fine. However, all he needs is to jump onto you, land an auto, then follow up with Seastone Trident. Oh hey, Electrocute. Could you not take away nearly all of my health?
"But he has mana problems!" And his innate with Seastone coupled with the regenerative and damaging properties of corrupting potion effectively reduce that by 90%.
Riot needs to either gut his damage (which won't happen because Fizz mains are a blight upon this game), or gut his utility. Make him earn his damage.
