Why Did jinx passive get uncapped but when they reverted Kog they said it was to broken to go above the 2.5 threshold but now every champ can do it but kog was too OP for that then you go ahead and uncap jinx's attack speed -_-

Well, jinx doesnt have percent max hp damage on his auto attacks... sooo its kinda a lot less broken for jinx to have it

i mained jinx for a bit and trust me she was fine as she was, she doesnt need buffs its other adcs that are a problem
