Ezreal: Delayed Q

Did the rework to Ezreal change the timing of his Mystic Shot (Q)?

I have yet to do a side by side comparison for this, but I figured I would see if anyone else has noticed this. After playing a few games with him it feels like there is around a .2 second delay from when I press Q, to when the Mystic Shot projectile is actually moving. There seems to be a longer wind-up animation of him pulling back his arm in between key stroke and projectile movement.

His Essence Flux (W) also seems slightly delayed, but that one make more sense because it was completely overhauled.
