Where do I turn for the refund after you rework the champion, it really should be an option to do that when you change something that radically.
Riot no longer offers refunds for reworked champions.
It could have been new champ and it would be cool but you even had to rename his abilities which was the reason I purchased it and now I don't want it anymore, this stuff should not be allowed without some sort of vote for players.
That wouldn't solve any of the problems Mordekaiser faced namely being buggy, clunky (especially compared to other Juggernauts), being entirely dependent on the strength of his items, and feeling unsatisfying to play.
People have been asking for a Mordekaiser rework forever, and IIRC they even asked Morde mains for input and to playtest the rework before release, meaning there's a lot of love put into it.

This game is treating it's players like non existing persons just some mindless slaves from whom you want to get as much money as possible.

Dude, I know what it feels like to have one of your favorite champions reworked but they do it because they care about the community. The champions who have been or are getting reworked are receiving it because they're outdated, feel bad to play, have egregious bugs, or just flat out don't work.
