Honestly the buffs did nothing to her. With tank meta in place she is absolute shit.
She will always and will forever be a pub stop low elo champion and its pretty sad since she is my favorite champion.
I wish Riot would take a deeper concept into making her more viable in higher mmr rank.
Allow us to cast the shield while moving, please, she will be shit anyways but she won't feel (so) clunky.

I dont agree that every champion needs to have some deep level of mechanics that makes them applicable to high elo games. Lux is basically just built into her core that she's to punish people with bad awareness and positioning, and thats really all she brings to the table.
Is it really that satisfying to play a champion thats really just for throwing out light bindings, hoping the opponent sucks and gets hit by it, then one shotting them with the rest of your kit?
I don't want non-pubstompers like Rengar to get nerfed over and over because high elo players can't handle him.
