Late Game Strategy

Just went 15/6 (got super fed) on LeBlanc in one of my promos but we lost cause the other team just grouped and ran up mid. I had about half my teams kills but I couldn't get to their carries cause they had a pretty big front line (Malph, Braum, Olaf) so we lost team fight after team fight. Just wondering how we could have played this differently in order to avoid our inevitable demise and more specifically how I could have played it differently?

From an analytic perspective, Olaf and Malphite are more aggressive front liners. Assuming you don't get caught out (and as LeBlanc I highly expect this) your main focus should be working around Braum.

Something like, intentionally throwing a chain out in Braum's direction so that it clings to his shield. Once Braum is held down, he can't use Stand Behind Me on his allies, and leaves them just as squishy as ever for you to pop.

Now that I look at Braum's build he's not as tanky as I would have originally guessed but I was still concerned about getting malph ult'd cause if I died all of our damage was gone
