Teamwork

So, i've been playing for awhile, and have a lot of friends on the game... But I never really group up with them. I see all these people on my friends list that i don't ever really play with, they're there because they're a good player and skillful, that's about it. All the invites i send out all get declined, for whatever reason, then i see them queue up for a solo queue game by themselves. I don't really get it. I rarely ever get a full five man team going, and I never really get to enjoy the game in that sense. This is a team based game, but i always find myself in solo queue with random people i really probably won't like, for reasons like they int or just troll whatever. Since its a solo queue game, there's really no communication among me or the other four players i'm in game with, and it saddens me to see how we're all running around in circles with a huge lead but lose the game because we had no real objective focus in mind, while I watch worlds or something and see SKT T1 for example moving around as one whole unit together with astounding teamwork and team play. Now, the rare times i do get a full five man team going, or even just a 4-3 man team going, I really enjoy the game, we all play and it's a real blast, even if we run it down and feed, there's no flame or toxicity and we all have a fun time.

Is there nothing we can do to fix this? I'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who feels this way.
