I'd like to know how vayne has a weak early game

Honest question.

Edit: Are you all forgetting vayne has a support too?

Edit 2: I'd rather Vayne have her late game be nerfed because right now the "Weak early" doesn't cut it...

Edit 3: Vayne has a 30% play rate and she wins 53% of those games, the majority of the games this season don't even go past 30.

Low attack speed No waveclear No poke beyond her autoattack range

Her laning opponent typically controls the minion wave. Pretty much every ADC has better waveclear, so they can easily shove her under tower if they want to and harass her while she farms.

Vayne doesn't have waveclear to try and contest or end a freeze either, meaning that her opponents can easily make her overextend for farm.

She can't affect enemies from beyond her autoattack range either. Every other ADC with the same limitation (Tristana, arguably Twitch) have something in their kit which extends their autoattack range.

She can't 2v1 yet.

You're Bronze V on OCE for 3 Seasons. Think this might be the reason why you think Vayne has a strong early, people there don't really know how to abuse weak early games.

Take jinx + Leona. Hit 1 E with Leo= won lane. Proceed to stomp Vayne back to base.

if you were stupid enough to pick any adc with 0 early game trading power and a non-aggresive support your problem is there here are a list of adc's that vayne hates Lucian bursty trades and very spellcasty making it harder for vayne to trade Ashe the slow makes her more open to your support,+50 higher range then vayne, has a stun, can be bursty as well Draven His Q will make any vayne player cry Kalista + her support will hurt(although will most likely lose in any 1on1 scenario with vayne) Sivir her spells and permapush style can make it difficult to trade early Tristana her E hurts a ton if your not careful and she very very slightly outranges you after lvl 1

as for late game only Ashe Draven Tristana have chance on the 1 vs 1 scenario battle

Vayne is weak, but know what? Her support covers it so shes strong all game! #logic

I think we can agree that most of vayne's damage comes from silverbolts, yes? Well early game you as her opponent have a very clear advantage over her being that her getting silverbolts procs is substantially harder and often impossible to do if you have even the slightest bit of intelligence.

  1. You have minions and you ALSO have a support that can keep her from out-trading you.

  2. She does not automatically start the game with 2.5 attack speed believe it or not, so she does not get to melt you whatsoever. You have to be really unaware of being auto attacked to die to Vayne, especially when she has no means of keeping you in range without putting herself into danger.

Another thing that people bitch about and seem to just claim is not true is playing a champion that can out-range her! This does not necessarily mean playing Caitlyn is the only possible champion to play, but a champion who has poke and a higher auto attack range will greatly benefit you. Early agression champions are also phenominal.

her weak early game is until she hit 6 and double kill you

Vayne Doesn't have any waveclear. She has a low attack range. Her W doesn't start at 12% I actually don't think its that weak either though.

In the same way that nasus, trist, jax, jinx, and pretty much all the late game carries have a weak early game. They don't.

If you aren't going to accept the answers people give you, stop asking questions. Just make it clear from the beginning that you're looking for people to validate your opinion and not to actually learn.
