Jungle is useless

After deciding to start playing again in preseason I was having a lot of fun in jungle. I was having a lot of good games and able to impact my matches. Now that the changes have been put in I feel like I’m useless in every way in the jungle. After my first clear i usually end up falling behind and then there’s no coming back. I just get flamed in chat for not helping, being called useless. And when I try to help lanes I’m so behind that it doesn’t matter and I end up getting hit once and dying. It doesn’t matter what I do I can’t catch up or get back into the game and make a difference. I mainly play kha and graves but this new jungle has killed my ability to impact the match and I’ll probably stop playing because I hate how every game ends up with my team flaming me for trying to do anything.

If your dying in "1 hit" while ganking its because your ganking with to low of health.

You can always fight the other jungler.

you can always counter jungle.

you can always counter gank.

Try looking up some jungle paths. maybe your clearing and pathing needs work.

try some tankier champions that have reliable ganking potential and cc rather then squishy damage dealers.

There a a ton of things you can do and need to look at before declaring jungle as useless.

Its also the start of the season and the ranking system and MMR is all kinds of jacked up right now. Give it a month and you will feel alot better.

Streamers and pros still say jungle and mid are the most impactful roles in the game. Reevaluate your claim.

If I shouldn't believe authority then in what capacity should I EVER take YOUR word for the state of the jungle?

Plenty of people know how to play the game. Plenty of people know how to play the game at a professional level. That does not always mean they are correct.

Perhaps I am an individual with decades worth of gaming experience capable of understanding what is occuring, and then basing my observation off the mass amount of data being seen, can then make a statement on what is occurring. You know...its what we do in every single aspect of society worth speaking.

The video game community is one of the few ones which go "OMG A PROFESSIONAL SAID IT SO ITS TRUE!"

For a long time, M2K, one of the best professional smash players would say Sonic was the best character in Smash bros brawl. Was he right?

Nope.

Look at hashinshin, he streams professionally, used to be a challenger, said incorrect nonsense for the longest time. Honestly, you should evaluate what is occurring and based on the information, evidence, arguments being presented based your view then. Don't just go "well he said so, then its true."

That is sheep mentality. Don't be a sheep.
