New patch ruined the game

This new patch completely ruined the game for me.

The new masteries are terribly oversimplified, it's the WoW talent tree all over again.

The pace of the game is abysmal.

Every game is insanely snowbally, when you are ahead it feels like you can just yolo everything. When behind it feels like you might as well just afk.

Support as a role is pretty much dead except for a few select champs. The removal of green wards, mana potions, and the new masteries completely killed the support champs I like to play, and the role as a whole for me.

As well as many other issues with the game. Overall I think I'm going to take a longbreak from the game until this mess is fixed.

Thanks for the fun while it lasted.

I personally do enjoy the patch.

I agree with you, the pace of the game is a lot faster and there's so much more going on than just minding one's lane for about 10 or 15mins of the game as before. You may disagree, but I find this more enjoyable. Farming fest becomes boring, so utilizing those free time into some significant objectives, i would say that's wise investment.

I'm not sure if I like the current AD dominant meta, but hopefully in time we'll see more mages fight back the meta. It was nice to see Lux & Veigar coming out to see the spotlights, guess it's back to the line again :)

I actually just recently uninstalled after playing from beta because this new patch. Riot is pumping out op champs as well with no sense of balance. This preseason though is far too rough with balance issues, buff the hell out of some choice ADCs while nerfing the hell out of support. Every game seems to come down to who snowballed top harder.
