Rito's Balancing (Yes its another one of those rants about riot balancing)

I play bot lane in gold 3 league. Just few patches ago, riot released a whole lot of changes that shifted the game (not for so long though)

I'm not sure what that change was about but, I recall them saying stuff like,

> AD has too much burst/damage output with easy early game plus not much interaction and late game hypercarry

After that patch, ADC was litterly not longer a role. Bottom lane was just another top lane with another champion with supporting item. Riot realised what they did was too heavy for the carrys so, they buffed them little by little over the next patchs, making AD items stronger, and making ADCs stronger.

And now here we are at 8.18 and ADCs now can 1v1 tanks and assasins.

Now they gotta nerf them because I've seen Ruler two shot the morgana with half health left.

I mean what was the point of this change? Bruser botlane is no longer a thing anymore ADCs got more burst with the new item Stormrazer stacking with Statikk and Rapidfire just melting everyone down including tanks with updated infinity edge. Also, werent they going to make Essence Reaver unique that players won't need to buy Infinity Edge? No one buys that item except for few melee champions that basically got a free buff with its insanly broken ability.

I mean, what I'm trying to say is Riot is shit at making balance changes They buff vayne right after the tank buff update to "More early Tumbles give Vayne more opportunities to land damage on opponents in matchups where she can be aggressive with her positioning and Q cooldowns" which means better late game -> More damage to tanks. Like RIGHT AFTER THE TANK BUFF

Also do you remember Zac Rework when he's winrate dropped by almost 15% 50% to 37%. They gotta buff him until he hits 102% banrate.

Like I'm a highschooler and in gold And I can make changes better then that.

Ryze Nerf on W Why not just rework him again so he can get back to 50% winrate. Or just COMPLETELY remove his CC so he won't be used by pros.

I have SO MANY balancing ideas like adding Missing health to Syndra R to instead of going R+E, they would have to deal enough damage then R

And changing Irelias Q to deal damage based on the champions level (like zoe)
