@RiotRepertoir Are we still gonna get some changes to Spellbinders Orb?

Item has been pretty lackluster since it was introduced in the mage update and i rarely ever see it used. The champs its supposed to be good on such as AP assassins and burst mages dont have the room in their builds to warrant getting it as other items namely the pen options and higher ap items/cdr items are much better in comparison.

The active just takes entirely too long to stack and be useful a majority of the time. Meddler posted in his last weekly thoughts thread that we would be seeing some buffs on the item but its yet to hit pbe yet as well as the other changes he talked about. Are we still getting them or have you guys changed your mind on this front?
