LoL power over creativity

The newer champs are more creative then the past ones offering new or different ways to help your team or a new way to play. I ask the people of this game should the new champs go father down that road or go back to nothing but power houses where one champ over powers all till people play nothing but them?

Who's to say it isn't going to be both?

I don't like team based champions that have to depend on 4 other not so smart players at all .

I think the right idea would be to balance power with creativity. Yasuo is a good example where to be good with him you need to be creative and be quick on the spot in order to utilize your power. Contrast this to some champions like Yi or Ryze where you rely on your targeted Q for all your power which requires little creativity. Then again the older champs were made when things like personnel minions, creditable turrets, or an unlimited dash weren't able to be put in the game so who knows? As long as the balance team does its job I say Riot can go down whatever path they want.

The Single spell champs are great for many reasons and yasuo is a good one of the lol team being creative not overly hard but you have to pay mind to what your doing in a fight. Champs that have to have the other 4 knowing what there doing to be any good have there times but i do not like them either. ScurvyNave has a good point the older champs where made as personnel minions so would you say go back and change them around to fit better in this newer time or should they not?

Thats the trick though some older champs like Ryze and Maokai have become huge powerhouses with the slightest shifts in the meta. With a game where items, play styles, and the game itself continuously changing its nearly impossible to predict who will brome powerful i we change "x" and if they do should we nerf that champion or remove "x".

Remember top lane alistar? That was deadly overpowered and came out of no where. I would say renovate the older champs rather than change their entire kit or style, who knows? With season 5 we might be seeing people screaming Garen OP or Skarner too strong.

There are two kinds of players that call champs overpowered first is those who see a player play them great a few times and say hey they must be op. The next are those who find something that is truly op and needs to be fixed the key is finding out which is which. This game has many types of champs and so far i think the lol team keeps it together most of the time. Understanding a champ and playing them are two vastly different things in this game and they can be played many different ways as well so its always going to up to debate.
