Draven

So Draven has some bugs going on that are 100% reproducible and its been since the start of season 8's preseason and they still haven't been fixed yet. Also he doesn't really have a keystone that's good on him and almost every adc out damages him right now its kind of annoying. His ult also doesn't come back after you ult someone and it hits and you die when it should comeback no matter what since it says if it hits someone it goes back to Draven. Can i get some insight on any of this or is this just me being bad? For instance sometimes his axes just disappear when you catch them. if you have spinning axes up and ult or use stand aside his axes aren't "spinning".
