@Riot how much do i have to pay to permanently alter summoners rift?

So how much would it be and how much would it actually impact the game if players had different map skins on or a different announcer? Honestly ive been playing since season 2 and though i love here im a lil tired of the usually lady. Personally i loved the arcade summoners rift and would love to keep it forever with either thresh or GP as my announcer... Its just time for a change. plz ty
