Uh Malphites laning phase is questionable

So basically just q pokes you if you walk near cs, builds full tank and does more aa dmg and ap dmg. Cant trade either since he q's and runs away, his q should only give movement speed or slow but seeing as it does both it makes it extremely difficult to get on him and even if you do manage to get in range of him he has a shield and slows attack speed so trading is essentially useless as he will just out damage you with autos and low cd q's. Needs a nerf or nah?

His Q has a fairly high CD, large mana cost and does no damage if running armor. You can easily out sustain it with corrupting or whatever in kit sustain you have.

If hes running AP, his Q will hurt, but ultimately will never kill you until level 6, and even then he is exceptionally squishy with no actual escape.

item 3211 will pretty much render his damage moot if hes not running AP.

play a mage into him , he scales with armor, no MR and he has low base hp

He definitely should not be able to do more damage than other champions when he only builds items that do not provide damage.
