Adding an AD ratio to Azir's W

Azir feels pretty meh right now even with the recent buff. Why not add an AD ratio to his W? It would allow him to build other items that he would definitely benefit from i.e. rageblade, gunblade. Plus it makes sense, Azir creates soldiers out of sand that stab enemies (with spears).
