How to get out of tilt and of a losing streak?

So like... I've been on a pretty bad losing streak right now, and I'm not sure if I can get myself out of it. I always find myself in a lot of bad games, due to my teammates tilting, trolling, throwing the game hard or just being plain toxic in game. Is there a way to prevent getting out of tilt? :c Not sure if this is the right place to post this but if it's not , moving the thread would help too.

Go play Pokemon AR/OS for a day cause Sun and Moon come out later this year and I have holes in my dex.

I wouldn't ask any advice from anyone who is below high gold. Even then their intelligence is questionable. In all truths, just take a break from league. I went on a extreme lost streak, took a few days break and came back. Maybe make another account and try new things out on that to relieve some stress.

Take a break, meditate or listen to some calming music, (not vurtne or drakedog music) play something else, do anything else

Carbonated drinks are nice for me when playing games

Only thing that sucks, (well they're not good for your teeth and apparently carbonation isn't good for you either) is that they always seem to disappear too quick

Play a normal game where you just completely troll around and have fun. Just mute any people not in your group once you get into game, they'll most likely just flame you.

I agree that one of the best ways to end a losing streak is to take a break from ranked. Either play something entirely different in normals or maybe one of the rotating game modes RIOT is implementing soon or even take a break from LoL altogether - go for a walk, exercise, or something else that healthy for your body and you will start to feel better in general. I also agree that you shouldn't necessarily follow my advice if you can find a high ranked player to give you some better advice. I would put the bar at Diamond+ for quality advice though.
