Making it easier for free camera mode.

There are times during game-play I am trying to move my mouse to move the camera for the right position in the middle of a team fight, when I loose where my cursor is in all the mess. This has been a reoccurring issue for me as it make's playing the game much less enjoyable and more difficult to play.

I understand there are ways to toggle the camera to each champion or to be locked onto your own champion. However, these have proved to be equally difficult to work with as the first requires you to reach away from your generic Q>W>E>R keys and the later hinders your awareness during game-play.

My proposal is to make it possible for a player to move the map by clicking and dragging on the main game-play area. (Just like one would on the mini-map) This would allow a player to maintain their cursors position while keeping awareness of their surroundings. This will benefit players of all elo's and skill level as it will make the game more enjoyable and easier to play.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this.

I play unlocked all the time, If I want to focus and find myself and cursor in the ruckus I hold down space bar to lock the screen in place over my character.

or you could bind the button to lock/unlock your screen to another mouse button

Middle mouse button is exactly what you're asking for

It is confusing going from locked to unlocked camera mode. Which is why I am suggesting making it possible to move it (as you would by the mini map) by clicking and holding on the main area while being in either camera mode. This will allow players to keep track of their mouses while staying focused on the fight. Players get overwhelmed with the amount of buttons and mechanics while playing the game already. It is difficult to stay concentrated as you try to remember what button your finger is on while switching through free and locked camera mode. Which is why this should be looked into as it is a fairly simple solution that can make the game more new-user friendly and easier to enjoy.
