Disconnected Players still a problem in Ranked

More than half of my ranked losses come in the form of a dc'd player. With the new remake features this has lessened slightly, however, people make their way around it. For example, an annie mid lane ran to mid died then dc'd the entire game. Also, a zed did the same thing but came back 20 minutes in only to feed. I lost the full amount of LP for this and that just isn't fair. LP "gifts" should be given to players who suffered this in a recent game where a player was reported for dc. (maybe 50% back for the loss). Thoughts?
