chogath needs to be re-thought

It's not just solo que that is at the mercy of a well fed cho gath, no it's the pro matches as well. When Huni from Echo fox has a safe laning phase and scales to a point of 3 to 4 items and then flash feasts the pro support what do you do? Where is the counter play to 10,000-11,000 hp. I don't think of other champs that come even close (maybe Sion). Cho has scaling, has a silence, has a knockup and has an ult that can be usable to secure objectives and or secure kills. Also with the demolish proc and his ridiculous health scaling he chunks more than half the tower health at a certain point in the game. Apart from his mobility weakness which can be overcome by the use of righteous glory, where are his other weaknesses. What's the counterplay.........

The problem actually is righteous glory imo. Cho'Gaths power is supposed to be gated by having a hard time getting on top of carries. Righteous glory should be removed, a weakness like not being able to get on top of targets should be a reason you might not want to pick a champion. Or maybe you still pick that Cho'Gath/Darius because you have a ton of CC or you have a Tahm Kench/Ryze who can warp you in.

This is an interesting thought, although some might argue that righteous glory is an excellent tool for initiation on tanks like chogath who do not have gap closers - thinking nasus, urgot etc. Hypothetically you could just run unsealed spellbook and swap out for ghost to help get at the back line which again makes cho a huge threat once he utilizes the stone plate and ults just about anybody below 2500 health.
