Patch 6.24 Is it me or is Riot struggling?

I liked some of the changes, I liked the Azir buff. Kog Maw being more of an adc now. The rylais nerf/buff was good in my opinion.

They failed to see the bigger things. Like Syndra and LeBlanc nerf. Which are highly picked, maybe even nerf Ryze.

Redemption is way to strong right now, put that on a healing support or a huge tank theres NO counter play to it at all.

Jungle buffs need nerfed, junglers are snowballing way to early, because of them leveling up a lot faster. Have you seen a fed Vi? It's scary.

Vayne is meta? When Vayne is meta, that is a HUGE problem. I know there's strong adcs right now, such as Cait.. but Vayne? Come on Riot. I love Vayne, she's 1 of my go to ADCs, but when she's meta..... who's to blame? Gosu? xD jk jk.
