Riot is "balancing" Champs very "Well"

I do not understand this game anymore. Champions that have an unhealthy place in all elo's just go free. Like, everyone hates , and even . why? oh because they are full tank or semi-tank so you can not kill them, and still one shot your team. Swain as ALWAYS been like this, same with Fizz. Skarner on the other hand use to be useless. now every time I see him. I am slowed, he speed boosts with a shield and then stuns me. my hp is half gone. oh this he slows me again and I am stunned. then I die. Lets be honest Riot. "Let's make a Champ with slows, a speed boost, a stun and a point and click cc that can displace enemies :D! Oh and make sure his scaling is Good so he does damage when he is a tank!" - Riot. But here is me saying "wait what is he builds a damage item or two?". Riot - "Oh much like you don't need to worry about it. you will never want to play this game again if that happens :D!".... Like don't get me wrong i love this game and try to make the community better. but it is hard when the game has things like this that go directly against what the designers planned for it. nah riot is too busy making skins and reworking champs that are "unhealthy" when half them never show up. I mean, is extremely unhealthy. he either does nothing or is a full tank bear that can not be killed and his "Bite" does 900 damage to a carry. Riot is not touching really any of these champs, why? because professionals can deal with them. But that leaves anyone below D5 to be fucked but meta and non meta picks. Riot doesn't care about us. they care about the people who make them money. and this is a general statement. I do believe that some rioters are good and care about the community and i am sorry you get all this negativity. but it seems like riot is to busy making the game to play it and see what our games actually feel like. to be crushed by off meta picks over and over again because they are fine in riots eyes. I know this will go no where in discussions but i hope it does reach a few rioters so this can stop. stop making new champs and fix the ones you have before you lose me and the rest of the people that have been playing for years.
