Question about Clash

Kind of a stupid question but The clash tab says that it opens friday 19:00,scouting 7 mins and match 19:37,my question is is that just an example or do we have to start at that time. Question : Can we start Clash later like say 20,21 etc.?

No, Clash has a strict schedule and failing to show up on time will result in a loss.
