What Game Mode provides the Most XP over Time?

I bought stacked XP boosts and want to know what Game Mode is the most time efficient for getting XP

Currently playing 3v3s beginner bots and it is giving me ~350 XP per 8 minute win

I believe it is ARAM, but that was many, many moons ago.

On the basis of the highest level person I'm aware of (being level 450+) spams 3v3 bots all day, it's probably most efficient.

That said, the second highest level person I'm aware of (also 400+) plays mostly regular normals, so theres probably not a big difference in overall efficiency, and actual games are probably way less mind numbing.
