Guys, im late on the wtf thread, but what have you done to Zilean? Pure garbage now. He's on the bottom of the list with mister 
, gjob rework team.

If you'd take some time to practice landing his new Q skillshot, you'd find that he's better than ever. 
Well, the way i see the rework is
1)Q damage got nerfed for a conditional stun. Coordinate with allies to really use the stun well, because if you only try to throw the bomb on enemy it doesn't really work. Playstyle changes. The stun is actually really good, at a 1.5 second AoE CC; but the condition it has is pretty difficult to pull off.
2)Rewind is the same. Mana cost buffs are on PBE because Zilean drains mana extremely fast on SR.
3)E got nerfed hard, since the duration was halved while the effect is more or less the same. Less useful than before as a 1-point wonder. Can combo this and time bomb on enemy to hopefully get a stun out, but it is still unstable.
4)R no longer gets affected by rewind but also has a much better CD (which I think is a great change). You can also double-bomb on where the ally died to force the enemy to back off, or else risk getting stunned when your ally revives and picks up two bombs at once.
Overall, it's just that you can't play Zilean as a nuker-support now. You need to coordinate with your ADC if you support in order to get the stun, and your damage isn't really high.
