Crit damage runes on new Ashe
Ashe's new kit essentially makes every autoattack a crit (albeit with a reduced modifier), so having a full crit damage runepage is essentially "+40% autoattack damage"
Will this be op? I think it could be.

Crit damage does nothing till you have a significant amount of crit chance. So with a full crit damage rune page your early game would be trash.
Only "crit chance" increases the damage. I have full crit dmg rune page and it does nothing. Worse than useless.
Nope. Crit damage does go into the calculation. It's multiplied by crit chance according to chance x (1 + damage)
the crit damage runes will only be applied to the crit chance you build, if you have no crit chance the crit damage is useless.
her passive works like this: 110% (+ (critchance * (1 + critdamage))) if you build 100% crit chance with what would normally be 250% crit damage you would get 110% (+ (100 * (1 + (2.5 - 2)))) 110% (+ (100 * 1.5)) 110% (+ 150) 260% if you had 5% crit damage from runes on top of that 265%
Yeah but it forces you to build crit chance over crit damage. Before all you needed was IE first item and you hit pretty hard and got the full effect of %295 Dmg if you had full rune page.
Now you need to build 2xPD + SS + IE to get to ~%250 and then your dmg is crap because you built crit chance but you have no attk dmg to back it up.
Best build I had that matches lucian's power is 3x IE, PD, runanns, BoTRK. Can crit hit minions for around 1900k, thats with a full rune page of crit damage.
Check my page, I literally do have a full page of crit runes and I'm telling you it doesnt work. It might be a bug, but its not working.
with 100% crit chance that rune page and ie your passive should be dealing 305%(110 +195)
^is that the case?
Personally I prefer going runaan, botrk, IE, BC, PD and the last is situational
