What happened to Heimerdinger?

I remember in season 5 he had anywhere from a 52%-54% win rate. Now in season 6, his win rate has been a stagnant 50% the entire season. He has never been a popular pick, so changes for him would make sense.

It just S5 games where slow and fight where set up so better for him. Now the game is faster and fight end quickly
