lost skin/ward gained from hextech crafting

So i don't know if this is an isolated incident but two of the items i created as a result of hextech crafting have just disappeared from my account as if i never had them. the first time it happened it was the candy cane ward and then it happened with swamp master kennen. Now neither were really great but i still don't understand why they are just gone. i forged them both for sure because i have won other "shards" that I have disenchanted. The crystals i used to forge hem are gone as well, it's as if the client just forgot.

I'm curious if this is happening to anyone else. let me know
