currently unranked looking to play help please

i am currently unranked but looking to play my provisions and place based on predictions i will be placed with the elite B5 i dont really mind that ya have to start somewhere but what im wondering is whats the best to do when people who are autofilled complain about their given roles any real advice would be great [slayer-jinx-catface]
