Trolls in Ranked

A few of my games had trolls, they would just run into turrets the whole game giving the enemy free kills. I don't know why they do that or if they are just bots. Obviously I lost the matches because everyone on the enemy team got fed. I've got an idea if a team get's first blood in like 40 seconds nothing happens. If they get another kill within like 20 seconds, the team probably should get an option to remake. If they remade, it would have not wasted people's time and it wouldn't make people mad or rage. I'm not sure if someone already suggested this but whatever.
