topic of garen

i just wanna know how many of you think garen should be nerfed let me get to the point first though as you've all known riot "rito" has buffed garens ult and made it so he deals true damage to the enemy that is marked which i believe garen was already overpowered who of you think garen should be nerfed and how many of you think garen should stay how he is? @community poll
