True Counters to Shen?
I've recently been playing a lot of Shen. I love him, and I want to know when I should pick him and who really counters him. I'm currently in Silver looking for good champs to help carry myself out of Silver into Gold. So far I've beaten the following champions:
Fiora (Won) Aggresive Malphite (Hard, Won) Vladimir (Lost) Irelia (Won) Gnar, now when I searched up Shen vs Gnar all the comments said I would get destroyed. But all I did to counter him was wait until he came out of Mega Gnar and went balls to the wall (Won) Trynd (Won) Panth (Won)
So far I've only really lost lane to Vladimir.
On another note I wondering what was the best items if I wanted to build a bit of damage. My build pattern currently (depending on whom I am against) 1st Buy: Dorans Shield or Cloth > 1 Health Pot or 4 2nd Buy: Wardens Mail > Boots or Cloth > Wards or Health Pots 3rd Buy: Sunfire Camp 4th Buy: Start of Dead Mans Plate or BV 5th Buy: TF, Witt's End, or Bork, are these good DMG items? Or should I be building like IE or Abys Sceptor? 6th Buy: MR/Armor
I've also been getting cooldown boots so I can spam my Q a lot more.
So overall my questions are: Who REALLY counters Shen? What DMG items should I build?
