Any thoughts on the Maw of Malmortious Vs Zhonya's Hourglass item comparison?
Just wondering about what other players in the community think about this. I've been noticing that Maw is becoming a staple in most my Ad builds it just gives me so much especially as a Renekton, Yasuo, or Jayce. The passive, stats and buildpath are just delicious. I can deal all the damage I need to kill and survive most AP assassins combo just to walk away and farm my health back up to at least 50%. On the other hand when I play as a mage against an AD assassin I find myself crying in a corner holding up my measly seeker's armguard as I cower in fear of a Hexdrinker Zed or Talon. I can put my full rotation of spells, ignite proc thunderlords to watch them live and heal themselves right up. My questions to you fellas is "Is Maw slightly OP right now? or is Zhonya's weak? is this match up dependent? Is Zhonya's even a counter to AD assassins anymore? and what's your honest opinions on these two Items?"
, maws existence alone makes laning against 
a miserable experience as any ap. CDR, mr, and a bonus shield, on top of life steal. trying to burst down a riven with maw+merc treads is almost impossible and trying to kite her is another fruitless task due to it synergizing with her kit so well. they need to either give hourglass more ap, higher cdr, or even maybe mana cause let me tell you, not having a mana item on a mage is one of the most upsetting things. on top of that item existing, you throw in 
into the mix and things just get stacked against aps VERY quickly.
