Hide the champ you are hovering from the enemy team.
Why reveal this info in the first place? What if you want to show your team what champ you want to play, and trade with them? It tells the enemy way too much to reveal your preselect.

It's always shown the enemy team what you hover. It's been that way forever. If you don't want to show them then do not hover it.
They are making it so that your preselect isn't automatically shown to the enemy team, but other then that, exactly as Korillo says
