6.9 = Death of LOL

Sorry Rito, I can't stand it anymore. You implemented way too many changes and didn't test this nearly enough. Worse yet, you're doing everything mid season.

Whoever is in charge over there, making these idiotic calls to change so many things about the game at once, is wrong. They are wrong about what the players like and they are wrong about what will keep LOL a popular and profitable game into the future.

You can ignore the community feedback all you want, but you won't be able to ignore the playerbase leaving, which they will be.

To the die hard LOL fans, enjoy what is left of the game, because by this time next year it's going to be a ghost town.

You know. The same thing is said literally every season. Strange how packed this ghost town is...

I get the feeling it's this kind of commentary that's actually seasonal. The fact that the game is constantly being touched up, with tried, and often revised changes, is kinda comfy. And active dev team does not, a dead game make

League won't die until a few years,but it's peaked at 2014,meaning it is slowly dying. Very slowly,but still dying,Riot fvcked up too much.

Uh huh. The increased media attention, additional sponsors, televised coverage, support from organized sports affiliates, and growing player base are sure symbols of the death of a franchise. Not to mention the insanely increased ticket sales rate. That's the real killer.

Not sure I agree with the title, but certainly the body.

So many questionable changes are being thrown out at once, and while some of it is understandable (itemization and mage changes for example), a lot of it just isnt necessary.
