Junglers

So im having issues in silver league, All due too my junglers... now I hate jungling mysel fim the worst jungler na so dont suggest I play jungle. My problem is they always feed my lane ( top) first blood and give away red buff at 3 minutes... then they just ignore top. and let them snowball against me. Sometimes I am able too take their junglers blue buff and stay in lane. but most times I just get tower dived by there middle and jungle. This seems too be the meta right now. What do most top players do in this situation?
