Since the hurricane nerfs cait feels useless in team fights. She lost a lot of her damage especially against others adc's that use hurricane as there really isn't an item that replaces it in a team fight situation. "Lets give her a Legendary skin but nerf her a patch later" Makes sense right? [slayer-jinx-unamused] 
Hurricane never defined her kit before that item's release, so I'm unsure as to why it would now. It gave her an upper hand, it didn't define what makes her good.

Yeah this is a cheeky con that Riot has been doing for years.
Thing is Riot shouldn't announce nerfs when it's so close to a new champion's hype skin.
They should announce it a month or two months after the legendary skin that way most people wont feel so ripped off.
I only buy skins I care about or get all skins for a champion i really like.
Riot had a massive skin leak of so many of my main champions getting a skin and I was planning to buy Dragon Zyra, Pulsefire Caitlyn, Final Boss Veigar, Buy more MSI hextech stuff so i can get two more gemstones and save them for possibly a skin of a main of mine.

Game Balance is VERY important and those that take advantage of stupid choices of Riot are children who are poor sports and cant get anything other then an "A" grade even when they are a "D" student.

I think I speak for a good deal of folks when I say that skins should not be related to game balance or health. Hurrican nerf on her does exactly the job it is supposed to, lower her single target damage if she wants to splash into aoe damage instead of giving her both.
i mean, she still does a lot of damage. the bolts still crit and what not. its not that terrible of a change
She's healthy
Her late game damage was insane. Even a tank could not approach her because she would crit with her trap for over 2000 damage
That has been what I been saying since they announced it. She is strictly a trap bot now.
I honestly might try her support see how that goes.
Kind of like Ashe or MF support, but awesome objective control and poke in lane.
The nerf made it so anyone who plays cait doesn't seem good. Only the great cait players will stay great while the good will have to get better and the bad will be downright terrible.
