Ekko Passive on Jungle monsters

Riot can you change Ekko's passive back to a 3 second lockout on minions , BUT leave the 5 second lockout on champions? Just to help him in the jungle.

agree i cant jungle with him any more. almost need to rust cinder hulk just to do damage to minion camps

yeah he is unplayable in jungle right now.
