The change of fizz made him totally useless now
The old fizz can do huge damage after 2 sec of W, but now he became totally useless. And the most important thing is, the vey old fizz has a very short colddown E, that made him strong. But now, fizz gonna die before he could do sth to other champs, he had a 8 sec cd for his E. also his W is even worse than before, he needs at least 3 basic attack to do some damage, but he has no time to do that. TBH, trash patch for fizz.
